Bueno, yo dije ya mi primo cree en esto, que le paso, éles PHD, como puede incluso preguntarme tal cosa, pero dije, aer, vamos a revisar este campo de las conspiraciones, que tanto atrae al público, y bueno, de hecho me atrajo tanto que empecé a investigartodo lo que hubiera relacionado a esto, sin decir que esto sea cierto o no, pues no lo sé, y mejor prefiero ser cuántico en esto, o sea, hablar de probabilidades, ¿Hay asidero para esto?, ¿Existe elProyecto Haarp?, ¿Ha tenido cuestionamientos?…

1.- HAARP es Programa de Investigación de Alta Frecuencia Auroral Activa.
2.- Existe, y está en Alaska.3.- Haarp es un conjunto de más de 180 antenas (campos de antenas) que usan radio frecuencia en contra de la Ionosfera.
4.- Detrás de este proyecto está Radhyon(el cual construye los misiles Patriot),y E-System(el cual está encargado de los Black Projects)
