1.-Concepto y Antecedentes del D. Civil
Es el conjunto de normas jurídicas encargadas de regular a las personas como sujetos de derecho. Así como sus atributos, bienes, la propiedad,obligaciones, contratos, y relaciones entre los particulares
Sus orígenes históricos los podemos encontrar en “El derecho de los Ciudadanos “, que incluye las normas del Derecho Natural, Derecho deGentes, y el Jus Honorarium.

2.-Conceptos de :
Persona: Reconocida por el Estado Mexicano como dos tipos (Física y Moral o Colectiva)
Nombre: Conjunto de palabras que identifican a una persona yle permiten adquirir una personalidad propia
Domicilio: Lugar donde reside o vive habitualmente una persona
Domicilio Legal: Lugar donde la autoridad judicial competente fija la residencia de lapersona para el ejercicio de sus derechos.
Capacidad de Goce: Aptitud de ser titular de derechos o ser sujeto de obligaciones por el solo hecho de ser personas.
Capacidad de Ejercicio: Capacidad quetiene un individuo para hacer valer sus derechos.

3.Concepto y Tipos de Testamento
Es un acto personalísimo, revocable y libre, por el cual una persona capaz dispone de sus bienes y derechos ydeclara o cumple deberes para después de su muerte
Tipos: Publico Abierto, Publico Cerrado, Publico Simplificado, Ológrafo, Privado, Militar y Marítimo.

4.-Teoria de las Obligaciones
Lasobligaciones tienen diferentes formas, como los contratos, la declaración unilateral de voluntad, enriquecimiento ilícito, gestión de negocios, hechos ilícitos, y la ley. Hay tres tipos: De dar, De Hacer y De noHacer.

5.-Concepto de contrato y tipos
Es el acuerdo de voluntades entre dos o más personas para crear o transferir derechos y obligaciones.
Tipos: Compraventa, Permuta, Donación, Mutuo,Arrendamiento, Comodato, Depósito, Mandato.

6.-Antecedentes Derecho Mercantil
