INTRODUCCIÓN

Me queda en la mente párrafos interesantes de un informe nacional que comprende el año 2007 y 2008, sobre una economía al servicio del desarrollo humano, nada reconfortante, la realidad de mi país y seguro de muchos países latinoamericanos. Cortaré del informe y plasmaré en este ensayo dos párrafos que me ayudaran a sustentar la importancia del tema central de éste documento.“El propósito del desarrollo humano es crear condiciones para mejorar las vidas humanas ampliando el rango de libertades de las personas para lo que puedan ser y hacer, tales como vivir saludables y bien nutridos, tener conocimiento y participación de la vida de comunidad. Significa además, remover los obstáculos para lo que una persona pueda realizarse, obstáculos como el analfabetismo, laenfermedad, la falta de recursos o la falta de libertades políticas o civiles”. Capítulo 2
“La libertad para trabajar incluye la posibilidad de acceder a un empleo, así como las condiciones pecuniarias y no pecuniarias que lo acompañan; igualmente La satisfacción que dicho empleo le ofrece al trabajador. Tiene valor intrínseco e instrumental. Es una libertad intrínseca porque tal como lo define el capítulo2 de este informe llena de valor y de significado la vida de las personas. Puede provocar el despliegue de actividades que le produzcan satisfacción y realización personal al trabajador, y no es solo un medio de generar ingreso. No es sorpresa, entonces, que en una encuesta realizada en 2007 en Guatemala, la posibilidad de contar con un fuera seleccionado, por la mayoría de losentrevistados, como la mayor fuente de bienestar de las personas, incluso, por encima de la posibilidad de contar con suficientes ingresos”. Capítulo 8.
La falta de recursos, de oportunidades de educación, de salud, etc. Son problemas que aquejan a nuestra nación y las medidas gubernamentales son insuficientes para dar solución a tal problemática, sin embargo, si considero de importancia que lainformación que contiene este documento este al alcance de las empresas y de toda persona activa laboralmente para que se genere o inculque un cambio de mentalidad, donde el trabajador tenga metas ambiciosas, busque su crecimiento profesional y mejora de calidad de vida, siendo ejemplo en su comunidad. Un ser humano deseoso de conocimiento y auto-superación, crítico de su entorno, con memoriahistórica, equilibrado en el rol de trabajador y familiar es un activo valioso para nuestra sociedad.

ESTRATEGIAS PARA EL DESARROLLO PROFESIONAL Y EVOLUCIÓN DEL DESEMPEÑO.

Existen muchas formas para que un patrón contribuya al desarrollo profesional de un empleado y este cumpla las necesidades de la organización en términos de recursos humanos. Aunque la organización puede influenciar positivamenteen el proceso de desarrollo profesional el responsable principal es el individuo. Para ayudar a los empleados en su desarrollo profesional los gerentes y administradores de recursos humanos debe conocer las etapas del desarrollo profesional y las acciones que se deben emprender para el éxito.
ETAPAS DEL DESARROLLO PROFESIONAL
A medida que una persona madura, sus conocimientos, capacidades,habilidades, aspiraciones y actitudes profesionales cambian. Las etapas del desarrollo profesional son: 1. Preparación para el trabajo: Abarca el periodo previo al ingreso a una organización, a menudo se extiende hasta los 25 años. Es el periodo en que la persona adquiere conocimientos, capacidades y habilidades para competir en el mercado laboral. Las tareas principales que se deben efectuar son:impulsar la autoimagen ocupacional, evaluar ocupaciones alternas, desarrollar la opción inicial de ocupación y buscar la educación necesaria.
2. Ingreso a la organización: Esta comprendida entre los 18 a los 25 años. Se dedica a solicitar trabajo y a elegir el empleo apropiado. La persona puede estar preparándose para el trabajo. Las tareas principales son: obtener ofertas de empleo de las…
