En su opinión, ¿cuáles son los elementos constantes en la mayoría delas prácticas pedagógicas en el aula?
R= Siento que faltó más motivación por parte de la maestra, así como la participación de los alumnos. No se vio la manipulación de material concreto por parte delos niños. Creo que también faltó evaluar la actividad, pues solo les indica la maestra que traerán el ejercicio de tarea, pero no hacen ninguna actividad dentro del salón de clase.
Para mi manera dever faltó preguntar si tienen alguna duda sobre el tema, etc.

¿Qué relación existe entre el material didáctico y el aprendizaje?
R= El material que emplea el docente es muy bueno, pero le faltómás participación a los alumnos.
Lo que falta es motivación del maestro y la manipulación de material por parte de los alumnos…

¿Si el docente les pidiera apoyo especializado ustedes, comolíderes académicos, qué sugerencias harían y porque?
R= Que motive más al grupo, que el niño participe más, que haga uso de su creatividad para despertar el interés en el alumno y sea más amena la claseen el aula. También que comparta experiencias con otros compañeros para apoyar su practica docente.

¿Qué sugerencias le haría al docente para mejorar su práctica?
Que acuda a los cursos deactualización para los docentes frente a grupo. Que cuente con todos los libros del maestro, libros de texto del alumno, programas, avances programáticos, que planee sus clases, que este al día con loúltimo en educación.
