Yo pienso que en la escuela no buscamos formar niños actores, pero sí seres expresivos que se apropien de los elementos del lenguajeteatral, para que el producto sea lo más cercano posible a lo que ellos quieran transmitir a los otros, que puedan sentir el placer de tomar un conocimiento que pueda ser expresado cuantas vecesellos lo deseen evocar una realidad que no existe, que a la vez permite poner afuera deseos, fantasías, miedos y hasta reírse de aquellas situaciones que la demás gente lo mira como cosas serias.También el maestro debe establecer reglas de funcionamiento, pautas de trabajo donde cada uno sea escuchado y desarrolle la posibilidad de escuchar al otro. El respeto y la reflexión sonnormas primordiales del trabajo, también el alumno debe desarrollar su capacidad de crítica y autocrítica.

Pero también el maestro no puede partir siempre del ¿qué quieren hacer?, o de votarpor un título o bien sortearlos. Debe tener una propuesta de trabajo acorde a una didáctica teatral. El sabe adónde quiere que un grupo llegue, qué contenidos debe transmitir y generar, eneste proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje.

También se desarrollan las habilidades sociales que es posible lograr en las clases de teatro ya que por medio de ella se propicia la interrelación entrelos integrantes del grupo que le posibilitan al maestro un diagnóstico del mismo, pero es necesario que el maestro participe si es necesario para ayudar a la desinhibición del grupo para quenadie se sienta observado ni expuesto. Esto genera una seguridad y confianza para desenvolverse frente a situaciones nuevas para resolver problemas de interacción.

El alumno expone suspuntos de vista y argumenta, y a su vez desarrolla su personalidad que permanece oculto dentro de ellos, también contribuye a la formación de actitudes de respeto, personalidad y solidaridad.
