Los nacionales son aquellos que tienen lanacionalidad del Estado de que se trata.

Es el espacio geográfico donde esta sentado el pueblo, en el que se circunscribe la validez del poder y el orden jurídico de un estado nacional, yademás es la que constituye uno de los elementos fundamentales del Estado.
