ESTA USTED DE ACUERDO SI O NO CON LA PENA DE MUERTE.
Para empezar diré que es un tema por lo más polémico. Considerando que en una encuesta global realizada en el año 2000 el 54% de la poblaciónestá de acuerdo con la pena de muerte.
Inicialmente la pene de muerte como tal estápresente en la humanidad desde siempre ya que se tienen registros que esta se practica desde principios de lahistoria escrita .Esta se aplica en su mayor parte a crímenes de asesinato, sin embargo hay países que por su ley o creencia religiosa la aplican en delitos como traición militar, espionaje, adulterio yotros tan simples como el robo de alimentos o cambio de religión.
Sin embargo no en todos los países se aplica la pena de muerte. Como mencionaba i influye la ley y la creencia religiosa, noobstante en países donde se tiene esta ley no en todos sus estados se aplica como es el caso de ESTADOS UNIDOS DE NORTE AMERICA (EUA) que en la mayor parte del país esta práctica esta abolida .
El 84% delas ejecuciones que se practicaron por pena de muerte en el 2009 a nivel global fueron en países que se consideran de primer mundo por la calidad de vida de sus ciudadanos y su situación económica(E.U.A, PEPUBLICA POPULAR DE CHINA, COREA DEL NORTE).
Ahora bien este tema este está en debate en todos los países que consideran abolir o incluir la pena de muerte al su sistema de justicia, que enlo general es por asesinato.
La abolición en países que se tiene esta práctica es escasa ya que la última nación que abolió esta ley fue Albania en el año 2007 sin que a la fecha algún otro paísesté considerando erradicar esta práctica.
Los derechos humanos poco o nada pueden hacer ya que la pena capital la rige el estado .No obstante han pedido que la pena de muerte se realice lomáshumanamente posible. Las ejecuciones en su mayor parte en países desarrollados se realizan en cámaras de gas, silla eléctrica y/o inyección letal y en otros países como los islámicos en ejecuciones…
