INTRODUCCION

El presente trabajo sobre los valores, en el curso de Ética y Valores, nos ayudara a tener una visión más amplia de lo que sucede a diario con el comportamiento de algunas personas, y sus relaciones con los demás. En primer término se presentarán las generalidades sobre ética, tipos de éticas, código de ética, los valores, las clases de valores; las características de losvalores;; la conciencia moral; valores morales y relaciones humanas; entre otros.
En cada uno de los puntos se presentarán nuevas definiciones, pensamientos y análisis, los cuales servirán para ir formando pensamientos propios del diario vivir y relacionados al entorno, para comprender mejor esta ciencia tan llena de situaciones filosóficas y de lógica según sea el caso.
En tal sentido, el tema atratar hace necesario el profundizar más en nuestros conocimientos éticos y morales, para que podamos verdaderamente darle solución a esos problemas reales que se nos presentarán como profesionales, consultores independientes o bien, poner todos nuestros conocimientos para el beneficio de una empresa en particular.
Es por ello que los conceptos de ética y valores son manejado cada vez con másfrecuencia y, de algún modo, parecen conceptos bastantes intuitivos, pero sin embargo es difícil de definir y comprender en toda su extensión y, al mismo tiempo, son conceptos claves en los procesos de innovación dentro de una organización y en la gestión de cualquier cambio que la misma tenga necesidad de enfrentar.
En consecuencia con lo anterior, las personas a nivel mundial viven momentosinteresantes una vez que ya han entendido, al parecer definitivamente, que son precisamente sus recursos humanos, su cultura, su ética y sus valores los elementos más valiosos y, al mismo tiempo, el más importante eslabón de toda la cadena para enfrentar los dinámicos cambios a los cuales obliga el mercado y las condiciones del entorno; cambios, que llevan a constantes rediseños empresariales.

CONCEPTO DE ÉTICA
El término Ética, etimológicamente,deriva de la palabra griega «ethos», que significa «costumbre». La ética es la parte de la filosofía que trata de la moral y de las obligaciones que rigen el comportamiento del hombre en la sociedad. Aristóteles dio la primera versión sistemática de la ética. Es el compromiso efectivo del hombre que lo debe llevar a su perfeccionamiento personal. «Es el compromiso que se adquiere con uno mismo deser siempre más persona». Se refiere a una decisión interna y libre que no representa una simple aceptación de lo que otros piensan, dicen y hacen.
El término Moral, etimológicamente, proviene de la palabra latina «mores», que significa costumbres. En el habla corriente, ética y moral se manejan de manera ambivalente, es decir, con igual significado. Sin embargo, analizados los dos términos en unplano intelectual, no significan lo mismo, pues mientras que «la moral tiende a ser particular, por la concreción de sus objetos, la ética tiende a ser universal, por la abstracción de sus principios».
