En este siglo que nos envuelve y gira a velocidades nunca antes vistas, la gente va de un lado a otro en un sin sentido,siempre queriendo hacer un poco más rápidas las actividades presentes para ahorrar tiempo para no se que pero el economizar tiempo es algo vital para el hombre de hoy en día, fascinadopor sus deseos de tener y hacer cosas en producción masiva la gente se ve envuelta en una desesperación, en una hambre que nunca sacia. Ubicando su mente en las actividades queseguirán a la acción presente sucede eso a lo que tanto teme, perder el tiempo, al estar ajeno al presente se vuelve ausente de su vida y al virar atrás al final del día sentirá unasensación de vacío en su día, a pesar de haber llenado de actividades el día ninguna de ellas parece haber tenido importancia alguna, su falta de concentración en todas ellas las ha dejadocompletamente huecas. La vida no existe ni el pasado ni el futuro, solo existe en el presente, pero es lógico y subsecuente que el hombre escape a su presente , ya que la sociedadcapitalista le muestra futuros aparentemente muy prometedores, lo empuja a asegurar un futuro, un futuro que nunca existirá, mas que en esos spots televisivos o en los enormesespectaculares. Escapando de su realidad en un presente el humano prefiere trasferir su mente al pasado o al futuro. Toda situación social que le cause conflicto prefiere delegarla al pasado yverse en el presente como una consecuencia de la que no se puede ser participe, esta decisión de indiferencia social lo aparta del mundo y lo deshumaniza, se aísla de su momento y creepermanecer ajeno a todo, por el contrario los cambios para bien y la felicidad siempre la busca en el futuro, incapaz de darse cuenta de su poder para ser feliz en el presente.
