El numero de socios que constituyen la organización es de 25 personas de las cuales 10 son mujeres y 15 hombres.

Beneficiarios indirectos:
Se considera que los beneficiarios indirectos son los integrantes de las familias de los socios de la organización, y que son en total 73 individuos.

Monto solicitado alInstituto Nacional Indigenista:
Para realizar la infraestructura requerida en la laguna azul y sus entornos el monto que se necesita es de $ 200,000.00 (doscientos mil pesos)

Aportación comunitaria:
El gran interés que tienen los socios en ser participes directos en el proyecto, su aportación consiste en dos aspectos; mano de obra por un monto de $ 56,000.00 y en materiales de la región, conuna cantidad de $ 160,000.00 que en total da una aportación comunitaria de $ 216,000.00

Aportación de otras Instituciones:
No existe otro tipo de financiamiento para la implementación del proyecto, se tiene la opción de conseguir financiamiento a través del programa de empleo temporal.

2.- Datos específicos del proyecto

Antecedentes:
El ejido cuenta con recursos forestales en toda lasuperficie ejidal. Tiene 73,400 has de superficie ejidal total, de las cuales, por acuerdo de los propios ejidatarios acordaron a través de su asamblea general destinar 40,000 has como área forestal permanente bajo manejo. En esta área forestal se está desarrollando el programa de manejo forestal con criterios de sustentabilidad que permite aprovechar de manera organizada los recursos maderables yreciben los servicios técnicos de forestales de la Consultora de Servicios Integrales para el Desarrollo “Proselva Tropical”. Anualmente extraen un volumen de 300 m3.r. de maderas preciosas (caoba y cedro) y 3,000 m3.r. de maderas duras y blandas tropicales que trae beneficio para 470 ejidatarios legalmente reconocidos.

Al término de los aprovechamientos, se realizan anualmente actividadesde fomento y protección forestal que permite cuidar y fomentar el área forestal. En la superficie ejidal existen otros recursos que susceptible de aprovecharse como la fauna silvestre, lagunas y cenotes que representan un atractivo natural para los turistas nacionales y extranjeros.

En varias reuniones del ejido; se ha analizado la importancia de los recursos no maderables con que se cuenta y esinterés del ejido de x-maben y anexos aprovecharlos de manera ordenada y organizada estos recursos.

Las lagunas y la fauna silvestre, representan una alternativa de desarrollo económica para la comunidad, por ello, el interés de implementar un proyecto de desarrollo ecoturistico en la laguna azul más grande del ejido tiene una extensión de 5 kilómetros de largo por 2.5 kilómetros de ancho….
